DNA damage response model performed by BRCA2 and RAD51. Dephosphorylation of BRCA2 at Ser3291 enables RAD51 binding to BRCA2 in BRC repeats and the subsequent binding to double-strand DNA. RAD51 oligomers bind to single-strand DNA at the site of damage that enables its repairs.
