Plasma miRNAs levels in sucrose-fed rats (means ± SE). miR-21, miR-146a, miR-155, and miR-223 were measured in 7 animals per group by RT-qPCR using cel-miR-39 as a reference for the method. Differences were tested by unpaired -test or Mann-Whitney test. .
