Role of Histone Demethylases in Cardiomyocytes Induced to Hypertrophy

<div>JMJD2A is upregulated in rat hypertrophic cells. The results of western blot assays using antibodies against JMJD2A and BNP with hypertrophy induced by Ang II and ET-1. GAPDH was used as the loading control.
