(a) Ultrasound image of high grade glioma shows that the tumor is hyperechoic, and the boundary is not clear and heterogeneous internal echo. The edema is obvious (arrow tumor). (b) CEUS shows that the echo of the glioma is enhanced significantly, brain edema is enhanced lower than the glioma, and brain tissue is enhanced lower than the glioma and edema (arrow showed the glioma, brain edema triangle shown, and the box showed normal brain tissue).
