Experiments described in (a) and (c) were performed at room temperature (~25°C). The experimental results depicted in (a) and (c) (pH optimum and pH stability) were performed using buffers of various pH specified, whereas the temperature optimum and thermal stability was performed at pH 5 (0.1 M sodium acetate, pH 5.0).
