The dynamic change in Resistin expression in the coronary arteries of the LCWE-injected mice. C57BL/6 mice were injected with LCWE (0.5 mg) to induce coronary arteritis and the levels of Resistin expression in the coronary artery tissues of the mice at the indicated time points after induction were determined longitudinally by quantitative RT-PCR (a), ELISA (b), and immunohistochemistry (c). Data are representative images (magnification ×200) or expressed as the mean ± SD of each group ( per time point) from three separate experiments.
