AFM images of Ti (a), SUS (b), ZrO₂ (c), and PMMA (d) coated QCM sensors. All measurements were performed in tapping mode using aluminum reflex coating silicon long cantilever with a resonance frequency of approximately 190 kHz and force contact 48 N/m. The AFM images were obtained in an area with 2 × 2 μm².
