HMGB1 involves TcdA-induced ER stress. CT26 cells were pretreated with glycyrrhizin 30 min before TcdA exposure. And then CT26 cells were treated by TcdA for 12 h and the protein expressions of IRE1α, ATF6 and PERK were detected by western bolt analysis. Actin was used as the loading control.
