SAA upregulates Visfatin expression in cultured RAW264.7 cells. (a, c, e) RAW264.7 cells were stimulated with different concentrations of SAA (0, 1, 10, and 50 μg/mL) for 24 h. The expression of Visfatin in the cells was detected with western blot and real-time PCR, respectively, at protein and mRNA levels, while ELISA was used to detect the concentration of Visfatin in the supernatants.
