Cell Cycle Arrest and Apoptosis Induction via Modulation of Mitochondrial Integrity by Bcl-2 Family Members and Caspase Dependence in<i> Dracaena cinnabari</i>-Treated H400 Human Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

<div>Morphological assessment of H400 cells treated with active DC extract, fractions DCc and DCd, and subfractions DCc15 and DCd16. H400 cells were treated at concentration of IC<sub>50</sub> for 24 hours. Percentage of apoptotic cells was analyzed using ImageXpress Micro Widefield High Content Screening System after staining with DAPI/Annexin V-FITC (magnification 10x).</div>
