Luteolin Prevents H₂O₂-Induced Apoptosis in H9C2 Cells through Modulating Akt-P53/Mdm2 Signaling Pathway

Luteolin rescued H₂O₂-induced loss of cell viability. H9C2 cells were preincubated with different concentrations of luteolin (5 μM, 10 μM, and 20 μM)/quercetin (10 μM) for 6 h and then treated with 100 μM H₂O₂ for 1 h. Cell viability was detected with MTT assay. Data were expressed as mean ± SD. versus control; versus model; versus 5 μM luteolin.
