Luteolin Prevents H2O2-Induced Apoptosis in H9C2 Cells through Modulating Akt-P53/Mdm2 Signaling Pathway

Luteolin rescued H2O2-induced loss of cell viability. H9C2 cells were preincubated with different concentrations of luteolin (5 μM, 10 μM, and 20 μM)/quercetin (10 μM) for 6 h and then treated with 100 μM H2O2 for 1 h. Cell viability was detected with MTT assay. Data were expressed as mean ± SD. versus control; versus model; versus 5 μM luteolin.
