Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Activation by TCDD Modulates Expression of Extracellular Matrix Remodeling Genes during Experimental Liver Fibrosis

<div>TCDD treatment alters expression of collagen processing molecules in the liver of CCl<sub>4</sub>-treated mice. Transcript levels of<i> Serpinh1</i> (HSP47),<i> Dcn</i> (decorin), and<i> Lox</i> (lysyl oxidase) were measured by qRT-PCR and normalized to GAPDH. Data represent mean (±SEM) of three mice per treatment group. Within the data set for each gene, all possible pairwise comparisons were measured.
