Exposure to TCDD modulates expression of genes in the plasminogen activator/plasmin system. (a) Transcript levels of Plg (plasminogen), Plat (tPA), Plau (uPA), and Serpine1 (PAI-1) were measured by qRT-PCR and normalized to GAPDH. Data represent mean (±SEM) of three mice per treatment group. Within the data set for each gene, all possible pairwise comparisons were measured for statistical significance.
