Overexpression of β-Catenin Induces Cisplatin Resistance in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

When tumor volumes reached 100 to 150 mm3, mice were injected with 4 mg/kg cisplatin through the tail vein. (c) Tumor weight was measured at the end of the experiment. The tumor weight was significantly reduced in mice treated with OSCC cells with -catenin knockdown after cisplatin treatment, whereas the tumor size continuously increased with the overexpression of -catenin indicating promoted tumor growth. ; .
