Analysis of Polyphenolic Compounds in Extracts from Leaves of Some Malus domestica Cultivars: Antiradical and Antimicrobial Analysis of These Extracts
HPLC separation of polyphenolic compounds identified in ethyl acetate extract () obtained from the leaves of Golden apple cultivar. Compounds: 1 = chlorogenic acid; 2 = p-hydroxybenzoic acid; 3 = hyperoside; 4 = isoquercitrin; 5 = quercitrin; 6 = phloridzin. The structure of compounds identified in extracts (rutoside was identified only in extracts ED, Table 4).
