(a) Camptothecin has a strong relationship (chemical similarity) with known breast cancer drugs: doxorubin, paclitaxel, vinblastine, and methotrexate. (b) Camptothecin has direct target relationship with the genes playing active roles in breast cancer including TOP1, ABCB1, TOP2A, CASP3, and TP53 (neighbors). Moreover, it has an indirect relationship with the breast cancer target gene EGFR.
