¹²⁵I Seeds Radiation Induces Paraptosis-Like Cell Death via PI3K/AKT Signaling Pathway in HCT116 Cells

Cycloheximide reversed ¹²⁵I seeds radiation-induced cell death and cytoplasmic vacuolization. HCT116 cells were pretreated with 20 μM of CHX for 2 h before exposure to 2 Gy of ¹²⁵I seeds radiation. The morphological changes of HCT116 cells were showed under inverted microscope 48 h after irradiation.
