Guitar: An R/Bioconductor Package for Gene Annotation Guided Transcriptomic Analysis of RNA-Related Genomic Features

Workflow of Guitar package. The gene annotation can be automatically downloaded from Internet or provided as a TxDb object [1] by the user. After filtering transcripts that may not provide useful information, Guitar coordinates of different components are built independently, with which the actual transcriptomic distribution of genomic features can be observed.
