TLR4 knock-down by TLR4 siRNA transfection reduces TLR4 and nuclear NF-kB p65 levels in cardiomyocytes exposed to H/R. IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 expression was measured by quantitative RT-PCR (a–f).
