Stattic Enhances Radiosensitivity and Reduces Radio-Induced Migration and Invasion in HCC Cell Lines through an Apoptosis Pathway

<div>Stattic inhibits cell survival of HCC cell lines. Hep G2, Bel-7402, and SMMC-7721 cells were treated with stattic (0–32 <i>μ</i>M) for 48 h before the cell viability was measured with CCK-8 kit. IC50 values were calculated from these curves using GraphPad Prism 5 software. Each data point is the mean of three independent experiments ± SD.</div>
