Black arrows indicate hepatic steatosis, necrosis, and inflammatory cell infiltration. (b)  The plasma  concentrations of ALT and AST in rats. (c) The mRNA levels of α-SMA in rat liver tissues were detected with qRT-PCR. (d) The mRNA levels of Smad7 in rat liver tissues were detected with qRT-PCR. (e) The protein levels of Smad7 in rat liver tissues were detected with Western blotting. (f) The miR-195 expression in hepatic fibrotic tissues was detected with qRT-PCR.
