FMDV infection decreases the abundance of the endogenous STK3 protein. PK-15 cells were seeded in 3.5 cm dish, and the monolayer cells were infected with FMDV (MOI 0.5). The cells were collected at the indicated time points (0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 18, and 20 h). The expression of STK3 mRNA was determined by qPCR assay (b).
