MWCNT causes DNA damage in MeT-5A cells. Following treatments of MWCNT at 10 µg/cm² for 0, 2 h, 8 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 1 month, and 3 months, cells were fixed and stained with anti-γH2AX antibody and then subjected to immunofluorescent microscopy.
