Trypan Blue Exclusion Assay: L-929 fibroblasts were treated with M/R or M/R + MeSNA extracts for 24 hours. Cell viability was assessed staining harvested cells with Trypan Blue and counted live/dead cells on a hemocytometer were similar among all three groups ( = 0.89).
