Low Molecular Weight Heparin Nebulization Attenuates Acute Lung Injury

Effects of low molecular weight heparin nebulization on content of total protein in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). After the animals were anesthetized, the left lung was lavaged 5 times with ice-cold phosphate buffered saline. The BALF was centrifuged and the supernatant was analyzed for the content of total protein in BALF. Data are presented as the mean ± SD. versus control group; versus saline nebulization group.
