Low Molecular Weight Heparin Nebulization Attenuates Acute Lung Injury

<div>Effects of low molecular weight heparin nebulization on Akt phosphorylation. The lungs were homogenized in lysis buffer and centrifuged. The cell lysates were collected and the expression of Akt phosphorylation (p-Akt) and Akt total protein (Total Akt) was determined by Western blot. Level of p-Akt was quantitated by densitometry and plotted as fold induction.
