Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells Inhibit the Function of Dendritic Cells by Secreting Galectin-1

<div><i>Concentrations of IL-10 and IL-12 in cell culture supernatants were determined via ELISA</i>. The levels of IL-10 and IL-12 in the supernatants of the MSC + DC and Gal-1 + DC groups significantly increased compared with those in DC only group. After adding TDG, the levels of IL-10 and IL-12 in the supernatant of the MSC + DC + TDG group were significantly lower than those of the MSC + DC and Gal-1 + DC groups (mean ± SD) (<svg
