Chemopreventive Potential of 2,3,5,4′-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-<i>β</i>-D-glucoside on the Formation of Aberrant Crypt Foci in Azoxymethane-Induced Colorectal Cancer in Rats

<div>Effects of THSG on CEA protein expression in AOM-induced colonic cancer in rats. F344 rat was given THSG with different concentrations (30, 150, or 250 mg/kg) for 6 weeks. The level of CEA protein was determined by western blot analysis with <i>β</i>-actin used as the internal control. Data represent the mean ± SE.
