PTEN Reduced UVB-Mediated Apoptosis in Retinal Pigment Epithelium Cells

UVB irradiation induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) and increased apoptosis. RPE cells were exposed to 0, 30, 60, and 90 mJ/cm2 of UVB (305 nm) and then incubated for 24 h.
