Knockdown of SIRT1 Suppresses Bladder Cancer Cell Proliferation and Migration and Induces Cell Cycle Arrest and Antioxidant Response through FOXO3a-Mediated Pathways
Downregulation of SIRT1 repressed BCa cell proliferation and induced cell cycle arrest. (a) Clone number in each well was counted and statistically analyzed in the clonogenic survival assay. .
