Chlamydial Type III Secretion System Needle Protein Induces Protective Immunity against<i> Chlamydia muridarum</i> Intravaginal Infection

<div>Prime-boost immunization with AdTC_0037/rTC_0037-MPLA reduces chlamydia loads in the upper genital tracts of BALB/c mice. Uteruses were collected at day 30 after infection, and<i> Chlamydia muridarum</i> loads were determined by polymerase chain reaction.
