Effect of carbon sources, nitrogen sources, and ions on fibrinolytic enzyme production by Bacillus sp. IND12. These nutrient sources were supplemented individually with cow dung substrate, inoculated with 10% inoculum ( OD at 600 nm), and incubated at 37°C for 72 h.
