Resveratrol Inhibits Propagation of Chlamydia trachomatis in McCoy Cells

Infective progeny formation in McCoy cells infected with C. trachomatis in the presence of resveratrol (RESV). McCoy cells were plated, grown, and harvested at 48 hours after simultaneous addition of RESV (0–100 μM) and C. trachomatis. Infective progeny formation was measured as described in Material and Methods.
