Salinomycin suppresses Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. (a and b) Salinomycin altered Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. PC-3 cells were treated with 5 μM salinomycin for 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 h or treated with 0, 0.5, 1, 2, and 5 μM salinomycin for 8 h.
