LVEF and FS were measured preoperatively and at 1 and 7 days post-MI induction (/group). (b) MSC-Exo reduces inflammation in the peri-infarct myocardium. PBS control, MSCs, and MSC-Exo were injected into the peri-infarct zones and heart samples were harvested 1 week after injection.
