Glucose-Insulin-Potassium Alleviates Intestinal Mucosal Barrier Injuries Involving Decreased Expression of Uncoupling Protein 2 and NLR Family-Pyrin Domain-Containing 3 Inflammasome in Polymicrobial Sepsis

<div>Serum FD4 concentration was influenced by GIK in CLP-induced polymicrobial sepsis rats. GIK decreases intestinal epithelial permeability obviously. Sera were collected 24 hours after CLP challenge in first set of rats.
