Curcumin Analogue CA15 Exhibits Anticancer Effects on HEp-2 Cells via Targeting NF-κB

CA15 induced apoptosis by upregulating Bax/Bcl-2 ratio followed by caspase-3 cleavage in HEp-2 cells. HEp-2 cells were treated with different concentrations (0–20 μM) of CA15, 20 μM Cur, and 20 μM BMS for 24 h and analyzed by flow cytometry (a) or for 12 h and detected by Western blot (b).
