Renal histopathological changes of MRL/lpr mice were attenuated after LV-TWEAK-shRNA treatment. The kidney tissues were stained, respectively, with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), periodic acid-Schiff (PAS), and Masson’s trichrome staining for histopathological examinations.
