Forty-five (45) species filtered for the 0.1%-or-over rate among total species identified using pyrosequencing. Continuous variables (age, BMI, first parity age, walking day for 10 min or longer per week, menstrual day, menstrual cycle, and duration of oral contraceptive use) and categorical variables (marital status, education level, family income level, smoking frequency, duration of smoking, alcohol drinking, alcohol-drinking frequency, spontaneous abortion, number of spontaneous abortions, and number of children) of 27 factors were used for the analysis. Somers’ rank correlation coefficients were measured and presented. was considered to be significant. − means negative correlation.
