Effects of honokiol on the distribution of cells in different phases of the cell cycle. Cells were treated with 0–75 μM honokiol for 12, 24, and 48 hours and stained with propidium iodide. Distribution of cells in different phases of cell cycle were analyzed by flow cytometer. The percentage of cells in each cell cycle phases after 24 h treatment in SKMEL-2 and UACC-62 cells is shown in (a) and (b), respectively.
