Fabrication and In Vitro Study of Tissue-Engineered Cartilage Scaffold Derived from Wharton’s Jelly Extracellular Matrix

<div>Live/dead cell staining of chondrocytes cultured on WJECM and ACECM scaffolds 7 and 14 days after seeding. The live cell number increased from days 7 to 14 in both groups. Regarding live cell numbers, the two scaffolds showed no significant difference at day 7 and day 14 (scale bar = 200 <i>μ</i>m).</div>
