Percentage of FITC-labeled alcocytes from the total number of RBCs in mice in different times after transfusion. Mean values and standard deviations are presented (). The percentage of labeled cells in the initial alcocyte suspension was on average 98.56%. Each mouse (25 g) obtained 0.4 ml of alcocyte suspension (Ht 50%). The first point in the figure corresponds to 5 min after transfusion. The decrease in the proportion of labeled cells in comparison to the initial labeled suspension corresponds to the dilution of this suspension during in vivo administration.
