The percentage of labeled cells in the initial alcocyte suspension was on average 98.56%. Each mouse (25 g) obtained 0.4 ml of alcocyte suspension (Ht 50%). The first point in the figure corresponds to 5 min after transfusion. The decrease in the proportion of labeled cells in comparison to the initial labeled suspension corresponds to the dilution of this suspension during in vivo administration.
