Blood pressures of atlantoaxial disorder rats increased after the surgery. (a) Blood pressures were recorded before the surgery and there was no difference between each group with either SBP or DBP (, Dunnett’s test). After the surgery, the blood pressure was recorded on the first (b), second (c), third (d), fifth (e), and seventh days (f), continuously. Since the first day, the SBP and DBP of both experimental groups (LG and RG) were significantly higher than these of control and sham groups (, either LG or RG compared with the sham group). for each group.
