H5-specific IgY titers were measured in serum samples collected on days 20 and 38 at 1 : 25 dilution. Graphs show results obtained for each immunized chicken at given time point of blood sampling (diamonds). Data was normalized by adapting the cut-off (point 0 on the axis) as mean OD readings higher by 2 SD than for control birds.</div>
