miR-195-5p Suppresses the Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma by Targeting TRIM14

Overexpression of miR-195-5p inhibited cell proliferation, migration, and invasion of OSCC. To analyze the cell growth activity, we performed MTT assay at 48 h after transfection with miR-195-5p mimics or inhibitor (a). miR-195-5p contributed to the apoptosis of Tca83 and Cal27 cell lines (b). The percentages of cells in three cell phases of Tca83 and Cal27 cell lines revealed that miR-195-5p may increase the percentage of cells in G0/G1 phase (c). Transwell migration (d) and invasion assay (e) on Tca83 and Cal27 cells infected with miR-195-5p mimics and inhibitor was performed. and versus negative control.
