miR-195-5p Suppresses the Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma by Targeting TRIM14

<div><i>TRIM14 is a direct target of miR-195-5p.</i> Sequence alignment of miR-195-5p with the wild-type 3′-UTR of TRIM14 (a). Luciferase assay in Tca83 and Cal27 cells after cotransfection with wt/mut 3′-UTR with miR-195-5p mimics or NC as indicated. 48 hours after transfection, the luciferase activity was detected by using Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay System according to the protocol (b).
