Effects of LncRNA BC168687 siRNA on Diabetic Neuropathic Pain Mediated by P2X<sub>7</sub> Receptor on SGCs in DRG of Rats

<div>BC168687 siRNA increased the MWT and TWL of DNP rats. A 3-day protocol consisting of six blocks was performed on each group (consisting of six rats) on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th days after intrathecal injection with BC168687 siRNA. Three days after inoculation, block analysis of MWT (a, b) and TWL (c, d) indicated lower threshold of DNP rats compared to the control rats and higher threshold of DNP + BC168687 si rats compared to the DNP rats.
