Effects of LncRNA BC168687 siRNA on Diabetic Neuropathic Pain Mediated by P2X<sub>7</sub> Receptor on SGCs in DRG of Rats

<div>BC168687 siRNA downregulated the P2X<sub>7</sub> protein expression of DRG in DNP rats. (a) Representative SDS-PAGE electrophoresis of western blotting for P2X<sub>7</sub> receptor (69 kd) and an internal control of the same sample’s <i>β</i>-actin (43 kd). (b) Relative expression level of P2X<sub>7</sub> receptor protein in each group. The expression of P2X<sub>7</sub> protein in DNP group showed a significant increase compared to the control group.
