The eGRF for the patients in the two arms. At the beginning, the baseline eGRF of LdT-R arm patients was 63.0 ± 16.3 ml/min which was not different from 61.6 ± 16.8 ml/min of LAM-C arm patients ( = 0.645). The renal function was improved for the patients in LdT-R arm from 10 months after LdT administration and reached 72.8 ± 21.1 ml/min at 12 months ( = 0.003).
