Esculetin Neutralises Cytotoxicity of t-BHP but Not of H₂O₂ on Human Leukaemia NB4 Cells

Apoptosis and necrosis of NB4 cells treated with esculetin and t-BHP. Cells (5 × 10⁵/ml) were treated with 100 M esculetin or 100 or 500 M t-BHP separately or in combination, for different times. Cells were then stained with FITC-conjugated annexin and PI and measured by flow cytometry. One representative experiment is shown out of three.
